Shipping Policies

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being processed. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, over a weekend or during a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Available postage within the UK:
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £7.95
Royal Mail Signed For Standard (3 working days) - £4.95

Deliveries within the UK are fulfilled with Royal Mail. Estimated time of delivery is 1-3 working days (dependent on delivery method) for mainland England, Scotland and Wales from the point of dispatch. Delivery time for Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man is estimated at 1-3 working days (dependent on delivery method) from the point of dispatch, however these areas are sometimes subject to delays. Abigail London is not at fault for any delays that occur due to problems encountered with the postal service.

International Shipping Policies

European deliveries are fulfilled with Royal Mail (tracked and signed service) and priced at a flat rate of £15. Estimated time of delivery for European orders are 3-5 working days.

Further international deliveries are fulfilled with Royal Mail (tracked and signed service) and priced at a flat rate of £20. Estimated time of delivery for international orders are 5-7 working days.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including but not limited to custom and duty import fees. This also applies to any orders refused by the customer at delivery. If a customer refuses their shipment upon entry they will remain responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges incurred as well as the cost and extra charges for returning the package to our UK address. This will be deducted from final refund.

At times of peak delivery traffic estimated times may vary.
International shipments may experience delays when processing through customs.

Returns Policies

Returns

We hope you love your Abigail London purchase. If not, then we are happy to accept returns for refund, store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions: 

  • Orders are returned to Abigail London with 14 days of receipt.
  • Garments must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags intact.
  • Garments must have no marks on them (i.e. make-up, fake tan, food, etc).
  • Returns received that have marks or are damaged will be returned to the sender.

In order to create a return or exchange please contact us at info@abigaillondon.co.uk to receive an authorisation number.

Shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility unless an item is being returned due to fault or incorrect. We encourage customers to use a reliable service with insurance when returning orders as Abigail London is not liable for damage or loss until received at our address. Always retain proof of postage.
International customers must note returns as “British returned goods – no commercial value”. Failure to do so may incur customs and duties charges which will be deducted from the final refund.

All of our products are checked by hand before being carefully packaged and shipped to our customers. If you receive a faulty good please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organise an exchange or refund.  

Exchange

Orders can be exchanged for a different size or colour via the standard returns process, so long as the product is of the same monetary value.
If a customer would like to exchange for a different style then the original order must be processed as a return and a new order is to be created.

Cancellation

Customers are able to cancel an order within the first hour. If the status has already been updated to shipped within this time then the order will need to be returned within the 14 day period as a standard return.

Refunds

Once the return has been received by Abigail London a refund will be processed within 30 working days. An email notification is sent once the refund has been organised. The time it takes for a refund to appear in a customers bank is down to their banking institution.

If an item is purchased with a promotional code the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Orders paid for using store credit can be returned for store credit only. Please note store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
